Jacqueline Landre is a Registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Society of Hypnosis, and has been in private practice for many years, having previously worked at Hillarys Psychology & Counselling Centre before moving to her current locations of Karrinyup and Osborne Park. Jacqueline enjoys working with people needing assistance with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, confidence and self-esteem problems, panic and phobias, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss issues, relationship difficulties, gender identity issues, and substance dependence issues, as well as those simply wishing to work on changing unhelpful behaviours.

Jacqueline uses a number of approaches to treatment including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Clinical Hypnosis, and she can assist you with stress management, relaxation training, and goal-directed behaviours in general.

Much of her work deals with assisting people with learning to deal with their emotions better, overcoming problem behaviours, improving assertiveness and communication skills, improving their thinking patterns, and facilitating decision-making and goal achievement.
